What are some of your favorite Mentalism effects using cards FASDIU (from a shuffled deck in use)?

I love using a memorized deck when it comes to mentalism with cards, but sometimes during an effect or performance the deck ends up shuffled. So what do you go to then? Here are some of my favorites under this category:

I just write it down anywhere available depending on where I am. My hand, spec's hand, napkin, business card, etc. Great effect.

A simple three phase mind reading routine;
1. I read the spectator, body tells and stuff.
2. Same as the first but I explain what I am doing a little more.
3. I help the spectator read an others spectator.

Mental Lapse
A spectator is asked to place a card in their pocket before the effect begins without looking at it. They then are shown a card and allowed to hold onto it. They are caused to forget the card that they are holding and the card that they think they have is in their pocket.

Loss of Reality
Two spectators look at a card. The deck is cut and four random cards are shown to each of them. Both confirm that the card is not there, however when they are asked to name the card there is a difference of opinion and the cards they are thinking of are in my hands.

I love doing Derren Brown's "plerophoria." It requires a stack, but if you add a trick beforehand that allows you to count through the cards and memorize them, you're all set.
