What's the name of the colour change at 0:04? And is there any free rescource online about it?

Also any colour changes you recommend me learning? I only really know the basic such as snap, duck, erdanase? (that might be very wrong), and alex pandera's fan change. I did used to love watching daniel madisons colour changes but honestly I have forgot them all.... (Doesn't matter if its angle specific - but would prefer it to be freely accessible)
