Next week at my school there is a Silent Auction for a club called Global Perspectives. The club is trying to raise money so they can go to Peru and build a school. They needed some entertainment for the event, so I went to talk with the teacher in charge. He said that it sounded great, and he had seen me performing in the hallways before. Then he asked what I thought of revealing magic. I was kind of surprised, because nobody has ever asked me anything like that before. He then asked if I would be willing to run some work-shops teaching magic to people so they can take the tricks to Peru, and perform them for the kids. I told him that the idea sounded great, and said something else about magic being a universal language blah blah. Anyways, I think this is a really awesome opporitunity - and it might lead to a wicked awesome trip to Peru performing for kids.
