What's the best place to learn the needle swallowing effect. I am only aware of Steve Spill's DVD that I found on Penguin. Any leads would be much appreciated.

Steve Spill's DVD is excellent! I've been using his version since it was released and have gotten a lot of mileage out of it so far. It's well taught, thorough, and a fantastic method. You won't be disappointed with Steve Spill's DVD should you decide to get it.
i'll third Steve Spills dvd. You can find the needle swallow else where,but Steve's work really is a great place to start... And stop!
