Hello i would like to say i am not english as a first language. I taiwanese and start cards last month. I hear about theory11 from a pal and i would like to welcome me here! I here asian friends really good at cards. I was questioning the TRILOGY DVD buy the buck brothers. I can do a charlie cut. is it good for me. also can build a card house for my grandpa. I was going to get a Jerry Nuget Deck Of Cards for my celebrating. Tell me the recomend for me.

if you are planning to be a cardist i would recomend genesis with Andrei jikh.
For magic, get some of the beginning books like card college first.
Its fine to get jerrys nugget decks if thats what you want but make sure to stock up on cheaper practice decks like tally hos and bikes.

Agreed. I believe Genesis will do great all cardists alike. I enjoy Andrei Jikh's teaching, and you can pick up stuff real quick from there. On the other hand, you can actually pick up Trilogy if you have the money to spare. But do choose wisely. There are plenty of threads that compare these two DVDs, should check them out.

To start, DON'T get the trilogy. From what you've said that you can do, the Trilogy is too advanced for right now.

I would suggest getting Royal Road to Card Magic. It's full of basic and harder card sleights and effects.

If you have enough money, get Card College. It's a course in magic five volumes long, with basically everything you will ever need to know about card magic.

For cardistry, I would go with what everyone else recommends.

And like scarecrow said, do not get the Trilogy, it has great material but not for a beginner. It most likely would just stress you out. try genesis like said before, and even Symphony by the man Danny G. its a great DVD

I don't know if i got it right but are you saying that you don't know how to obtain Genesis and would like to learn from someone who speaks Taiwanese ????

Well, you can buy the DVD on this website right here, and it is also easy to learn from by repeating the actions or by following the simple instructions that are displayed while Andrei teaches you the moves

Welcome, I suggest either Genesis or Xtreme Beginners by DeVo. I am actually selling my copy of Xtreme Beginners since ive gotten all I could from it. Very good DVD.
