How often do you perform a pass? I mainly use controls to get the card in the position it needs to be. Occasionally, I'll do a pass, but only if I'm performing for a single spectator. And yes, I'm aware that this question's answer depends entirely on the situation. But when the situation allows several options, is your go-to an invisible pass or a different type of control (for example, a spread cull).

Just wanted to see your opinions

I use a one-handed pass in one card trick I do, when I actually do card tricks. Which is just slightly more frequent than "never".

But when the situation allows several options, is your go-to an invisible pass or a different type of control (for example, a spread cull).

A different control is almost always a more efficient option.

it should depend on the situation, did you just do a spread and the angels are right, you can do a spread pass that makes sense, the only pass I will use is a dribbling pass, and again, context matters.

I'll use a "control" before I'll even think of doing a pass
