As you guys probably know V is a member on the forums and he has created some new effects or ideas to play around with they both have their pro's and cons but both are nice visual effects. So lets get into it!

So i'll start with Pinned

Effect A magician shows a pin attach to his shirt. With a magical gesture. The Magician drags the pin to a new location. The pin is un-pinned and his examined by the spectator.
Now a few little extras on the effect you and the spectator can pull on the Pin to make sure it is attached. The spectator point to Anywhere on the shirt and the Pin is visibly dragged to that spot and fairly removed.

Teaching The Pdf was set out well and was easy to read, though V had made 2 versions of the pdf, i had no problem learning from either of them.
The explaination was brief but still went into detail. The effect is simple enough to learn without out pictures but still pictures would have been great.

Method The method is great with simplicity and i believe this would be a great lead in to Belly Button by Paul Harris. The method is simple which is great you can have this set up all day.

Set-up You can set up in a second literally if you have the items needed there are only 2 items the Pin (Duh) and one other item which i guess you can find in ALOT of places.

Clean-Up The Clean up is built into the trick it is very well done and thought out and it is instantly examinable.

Angles There are NO angle issues this can be view from all angles which is great from beggining to end there is nothing to see.

OverallI think this is a great little effect which i should hopefully use to lead into Belly Button if i ever get the chance im sure it would be great. Check it out you guys!

Ok so Isolated

Effect A spectator selects a card a signs it (Optional) The card is lost in the deck and the deck is shuffled. The box is moved and placed somewhere where no one can touch it. The magician snaps his fingers and the box "Jumps" Thats right Jumps. The box is opened an one card is inside its the selection.

Thats right Jumps

Teaching The teaching is pretty much the same as Pinned simple and to the point. The "Gimmick" is devious it would cost you less that $2 trust me. Once again the lack of pictures really didnt worry me but in this case i think it would have helped a whole lot more.

Method Like said above the method is very cheeky making the box jump is alot of fun to do im sure the "Jump" gimmick could be applied to other objects other than a card box. Other than that the method is pretty simple. He includes 2 presentations one includes more sleights than the other but its just as good.

Set up There is one piece of set up for both versions which utilises the gimmick. The gimmick is easily purchased and the set-up takes less than a minute and certain adjustments will be made with practice.

Clean-up Now this is the tricky bit. It depends if you want the box to be examined the box can be place away because every one will be looking at the card. Or V teaches a few methods as to "remove" the gimmick so everything is examinable.

Reset Reset will take less than a minute so it is easily reset and practical.

Angles This is bassically angle proof depending on what ending you want to choose. I dont see any problems the angles can be easily adjusted the box xan even jump in the spectators hands.

Overall I love the idea the simplicity of the gimmick is comical and a sort of ha why didnt i think of that. Practicality is still on my mind but i've performed it and it goes well and works great in the right situations but i give it a thumbs up good job V.

Nice double review. I hope to get the gimmick for Isolated soon. It seems like so much fun to perform. Fun concept.

sounds cool, Isolated sounds so sexy! :) The card box actualy jumps in the air? That is awesome, V, you planning on marketing these any time soon?

Yes, Isolated is a very sick effect.

Depending on what "mode" you put the gimmick in, it can fall, move or jump.

I hopefully want to release these effects, but would wish a company would take an interest in these projects.
