Prophet Change Help

Hello guys I got Prophet a couple weeks ago and have been practicing, the only thing that I’m having trouble with the the change. I can’t do the flip fast enough for it to look good, could you guys give me some tips?

I’d suggest looking into Richard Sander’s performances of Extreme Burn. It may help a ton. I’d also recommend 2.0 as he teaches a ton of subtlety, changes, and hand out options to clean it up.
