rainy weather for cards

... Do you mean when the cards get wet? Then yes they will bend.
When there not wet, the heat can warp them aswell.

It's the humidity, which is the moisture in the air, more so than the heat itself that warps the cards. High humidity areas are just terrible for cards; you can go through pretty much a pack every few days in such areas.
Mine clump together, then later go back to normal.
