Dan Hauss makes his theory11 debut with REDLINE.

Two versions of the effect are taught in intricate detail on the streets of New York City.

Effect:
A real Chapstick is shown all the way around, and the cap is removed and held in your left hand. In the blink of an eye - literally - the cap is back on the Chapstick.

Quality:

Amazing and Perfect!

Teaching:

Although this is a simple trick, Hauss goes very in-depth.

The Hauss is very clear with the teaching. He goes over everything you need to know in order to perform it perfect.

The explanation for Redline is split up into different sections.

Making the Gimmick:

In this section he tells you what materials you need, how to make the gimmick, (takes 1 minute and a trip to the store you can get everything needed) and some other helpful tips.

Presentation:

Dan tells you how to present Redline, how to do the move that makes it work, and some tips for the misdirection of Redline.

Version 1: A real Chapstick is shown all the way around, and the cap is removed and held in your left hand. In the blink of an eye - literally - the cap is back on the Chapstick.

Extended Version:

A performance of the extended version, and well, how to do it. There is a little something extra here you need to perform it, as well has another move taught here to perform it.

Version 2: The performer takes the cap off and places it in his pocket. The performer moves the chapstick up to hisr lips to put some on only to discover that the cap re-appeared on the chapstick...

...The performer then takes the cap and puts it in front of the chapstick and with a quick motion, the cap is back on the chapstick.

Showing It Clean:

Hauss shows you how to look as clean as possible.

You can show all sides and angles (360 degrees around) of the chapstick, before and after the trick.

In my opinion, doing the extra steps for "showing it clean" just makes the effect take a bit longer to prepare and a bit more complicated when performing.

This is more for as Dan states, “to the guys that like to prove their point”, but I find it rather unnecessary.

Difficulty:

Out of10,I would give it a 3,not to hard to do at all, but some practice is required. All you need to learn is one simple move.

Overall:

Redline is my favorite 1-on-1. What I love about Redline is its "impromptu nature" in other words, it uses an everday normal object. Also, the beauty about Redline is its simplicity. This is an effect I perform on a regular basis. The reactions kill.

I HIGHLY recommend checking it out!

Thank you CardClip98, as it is a review, I thought I let everyone know my thoughts on this effect.

Yes, Redline is such a wonderful, little, effect.

Killer "quick trick"!

This one's a keeper! I always carry Chapstick with me. I have one in every coat pocket - really. Now I have another effect (along with some simple coin effects) I can do on a moment's notice - without taking out the cards.

Thanks Dan!
