David Blaine originated it? Hmm, didn't know that.

And are you sure that's what you meant: "should not be done without movement of some sort on the cards part."

Because the card DID move. :p

The Click Change was created when Dan and Dave were around...16 I think, after seeing Blaine perform it on TV.

As for the change, when it happens, you should shake the card, flick it with your fingers (for the Click sound...) or even wave your hand over it. Just doing the change without some form of bigger motion to hide the smaller is not a very good idea.

Actually I believe it was Ed Marlo's Snap Change first.

Also, Michael, I think the change was fine. The snapping of your fingers provided ample auditory cover and misdirection.

To summarize.

The click change is the bucks', and can be found on the third disc of The Trilogy, it was based off Ed Marlo's Snap Change . Which David Blaine performed in conjunction with an optical riffle force which can be found in erdnase on his special Street Magic.

Anyways...
As far as the sleight of hand, looks great. The patter, egh, I am sure laymen will enjoy it a hella lot more then I did.

David Blaine used the Snap Change on his tv specials with the riffle force. Ed Marlo created the Snap Change.

Dan and Dave were inspired by the Snap Change to create the Click Change.

Anyways, the sleights are very nicely executed. The click change was fast and clean, and the control was, to me, invisible. Nice work :)

umm yeah... no. As its been said, it is Marlo's snap change, and even if they were inspired by blaine performing it (i dont know where you got that) what does that have to do with this video or your critique of it? are you just trying to show off by saying that you know more about it? Im not sure in understand your point.

Back to the performance, great video. You made it interesting and fun to watch. Its great to see some people online bring performance to the table and not just technique. Great energy, moves were well executed, felt friendly and interesting and there was no sh*tty music in the background. Well done. 5/5

Good ol' Eddy Marlo invented the original Snap Change, in my video I credited the Buck Twins for their variation in which all action takes place in one hand... the snap and the ditch.

Thank you all for the kind comments so far! I really appreciate it.
