Seems to be pretty cool, a new twist on the classic Rubik trick.

I'd like to know if this uses the principle of algorithms, because I've tried to solve cubes before as such and it just hurts my brain, haha.

I have played around with blindfold cubes and mis-matched cubes before. I am not sure of the method that Mark uses however I am sure they are great. If you just want to learn to solve the cubs there are actually some great tutorials on YouTube.

It is a 7 step system similar to ones that you may have seen before, but Mark's is very easy to remember - If you can't remember, he even includes a crib sheet!

This is BY FAR the best teaching I've EVER seen on the Rubik's Cube, there's SO much in there. For the sake of £8, I'd take the plunge, I would have bought it myself if I wasn't stocking it!!

Yeah, I wouldn't buy it either if I could get it free.

I can already solve a rubiks cube (minute and a half) was working on making it faster but decided to learn the 4x4 first (pain in the arse) but never got around to speeding up my 3x3.

I may pick this up, I've been looking for an excuse to have a blindfold in an act. 8 euros is what...30 american dollars now? (our dollar is worthless...oh noes!!!)

So I'l be buying this purely for the sake of the ability to solve a cube with a blindfold, since I already know the method to solve a cube with my eyes.
Is that right? Or is there more to it?

Cuz I have friends who can solve the cube within 12 seconds, others who can solve it one-handed.
Perhaps a blindfold will be just another "oh he's got skills" move, instead of a magical one?

To solve a rubik's cube in 12 seconds is crazy! I saw a video of a guy doing it in 7 seconds.. Ridiculous!!

I didn't see anything about using a blindfold in Rubik Notes...

I already have work on blindfolds though and can apply it easily. I will say the added presentations are awesome. All three are workers and the paper bag is going to be a great opener for set acts O_O. Oh yeah, totally glad I picked this up.

I'm another one of those fools who has learned to solve the cube in under 1 min. What would we be buying here? A magic effect or something that takes over a year to understand?

[Edited] I came up with my own methods to solve the cube. What makes this different? Is there something dealing with magic or just how to solve the cube fast? This is also kind of a silly magic trick if you ask me.

I saw one guy on youtube solve it one handed in under like 14 seconds.

The main key is to lube up the inside of each corner or whatever of the cube and then have it SHOULD move a lot easier. I am still working on solving mine. I KNOW how to do it, it's just a matter of getting everything in the right position.

I gotta give it to him, he's a pro. He only looked at the cube for like 10 seconds before starting, which is ridiculous.

A lot of the guys who do it in 10 seconds(2handed) will stare at it for a few minutes before starting to make sure they know the sequence.

And there are a few different lubricants that are recommended for rubiks cubes. Spray silicon is one of them, you take out pieces and spray into the cube. I haven't tried it, but I'm no pro either.
