I'm sad I was working a couple gigs yesterday, I would have loved to compete. Not for the prize though, I could care less about EMC tickets. But I would have loved the creative challenge.

Still doesn't make any sense, my friend. You're just specifying a broader statement, not altering its original meaning. Not a big deal--just thought it should be pointed out for the sake of good grammar and kittens.
I was able to restrain myself from commenting on all the other grammar mistakes in the OP. I couldn't resist that one though. It was taunting me and asking for it.
