Saturday Night Contest - In Record Time

Casey I think that the SNC should revert back to original schedule e.g. next day. A lot of people are missing the deadline. One of my friends Brett Hurley couldn't get his video up in time and this applies to a few other people as well. I'm not a staff member or anything like that so I really shouldn't be saying this....... but yeah.;)

I think that most of them should be the 24 hour one, though I don't think that a "flash" contest every month or two would kill us.

Alright guys, time for results! We wanted to try out this format tonight with a short deadline to see where we could take it. Some of you may remember that this was the standard deadline for every contest several years ago. What we liked about it then was that it helped create a sense of urgency, which heightened the challenge. The short amount of time really makes you want to work for it, and we wanted to see if we could spark that feeling tonight. We understand that it is not time sensitive for our international members, but we just wanted to give it a go this week to see what would happen. We are always open to trying new things and seeing where we can take these contests, because they are really fun! So with that said, we are definitely going to use this week's contest as feedback for what we plan to do for future contests. This 11:00pm EST deadline won't be a permanent change by any means.

Onto our winner! We chose this entry as our winner because we felt that it fit the criteria the best overall. The challenge was difficult, and the execution of that challenge was impressive.
