Are there any useful resources out there for this kind of magic? - I am mainly going to be using it for stage. If anyone has any recommendations, I shall be grateful

well theirs always the trick with the tum tip.

There are plenty of resources you just have to look. Try google. I used to like the trick with the silk in thumb tip but all of a sudden that movie "Night at the Museam" came out and gave it away. Now, whenever I do it all I hear is "Oh. I know that. It was in that Ben Stiller movie."
