Slow Motion Sandwich Re-Done

Hey all,

Yesterday I had an idea for a visual sandwich effect, I had the idea a couple of minutes before shooting it to put on my blog. The handling was a bit off and it showed. So I woke up fresh this morning, had a bit of a think and re-done the handling. Maybe it's just one of these ideas that only I like because I think it's got potential. You all probably know what I mean.
