Pretty sure you have to email T11 support to sort you out with them. I bought it months ago and haven't even managed to use one cartridge yet.
 
Anyone stumbling upon this thread: thank you for your interest, but I've solved my dilemma. After writing customer service, Lyle contacted me THAT night. (can you get customer service like that else where? I think not.)
