"Smoke" Refills

Just wondering: How can I order refills for my smoke gimmick? Could someone point me in the right direction?

Pretty sure you have to email T11 support to sort you out with them. I bought it months ago and haven't even managed to use one cartridge yet.

I was... How do you say...? um... Overly ambitious upon arrival. Yeah... I've had it for about 15 months and just ran out. But it's not my fault! I do that effect like 20 times a gig!

Anyone stumbling upon this thread: thank you for your interest, but I've solved my dilemma. After writing customer service, Lyle contacted me THAT night. (can you get customer service like that else where? I think not.)
