Expert Card Technique also has a section on the Strike Second.

I don't think the strike can be made to be stud style, a push off can be made stud style.

This is just from my experiences.

Expert card technique has a section on the stud second deal which is the push off method.

Strike studs ccan be done, I have done them before, i learned it from daryl's encyclopedia of card sleights. PM me and i can give you the tips

Jason England's 1 on 1, Fast Company by Damian Nieman, or you could learn a push off from Erdnase or Expert Card Technique and simply make it stud style....
