Sweaty Palms + Cards = BAD

Hey guys

There are probably a lot of people that do card magic but they either stop because of their sweaty palms or they continue and the cards become sticky.

I had this problem when I first started out, my beautiful tally hos were sticky and the edges felt wet. Now here are some tips to overcome this issue:
1. If your palms sweat just a couple of times when performing or rarely ever then just try to get a moment to wash them then dry.

2. If your palms sweat all the time, then I recommend you go to the doctors, they will give you a blood test just in case there is something wrong, then they will give you this special roll on sort of deodorant for your hands:
-this is just something you rub on your hands before you go to sleep then sweating in the day would eventually stop. Then you turn to rubbing it on twice a week then NEVER again. This stuff is great.

3. There is also another way BOTOX, this stops the sweating for 6 months or so. Never tried it, and i don't think i recommend it.

This has helped me, with card sleight of hand, presentation of flourishes etc.

I don't think my hands ever got sweaty. The only time it gets sweaty when I play goalkeeper for my team.

I have some of the SWEATIEST HANDS ever. I used to think that this was a big problem, but it really isn't especially when I'm flourishing.

As for magic, it does get a little irritating, but it's not something that you can't get used to. I can almost Pirouette a double because of my sweatiness. (Yuck! But oh so cool! xD)

Actually your wrong, I HAVE THE SWEATIEST HANDS EVER! Just kidding ya, but my hand do sweat A LOT! Not any other part of my body, just my hands...oh well.

Does boxtox makes your hands fat? Mine gets sweaty around girls too. My gets so sweaty I can make water appear with my hand over it. Yeah it's impromptu. I try washing my hands with irish spring bar soap it makes my skin dry and feel like rubber due to touch.

I do really recommend going to a doctor, I think in the usa the hand deodrant thing is called drysol. Check it out.

Maybe performing nerves? Over time as you get used to performing for people it should go away as you get more comfortable in front of an audience.
