T11 Media Section Idea - Featured Video

Hey all,

Just a thought I had this afternoon about the T11 Media Section. Some sites have a "Featured" video of the day in their media section and I think this could be great for T11 as well.

For example, when a new product is released the Trailer could be the Featured Video for a period of time to bring attention to the release (as they try to do by keeping the trailer bumped on the media list). Also, if a particularly interesting video is posted one of the Admins could feature it to ensure that it is seen by as many as possible. I know if I don't come on the site for a few days for some reason I end up missing a lot of the great videos because they are moved down when more are submitted.

As I said, just an idea I thought I'd toss out to T11 and the community to see what you guys think. I think this would be fairly simple to do given the obvious skills of RZ and the team.

I sort of think the "top ten" list serves a similar function, but I think it's a pretty good idea, so that the newest videos are shown properly and so that if there's something the T11 crew wants us to pay attention to, it's made more clear.

Indeed, I noticed that as well. Unfortunately, however, the top ten are not always the best videos posted, usually just the most recent by T11.
