You need to recognise any limitations you have that would prevent you from doing something safely. If you feel you would get hurt, then it's your responsibly to say no. With any area of life. If you think it will likely be okay and want to try, then go for it. I don't believe there are any interviews before going on stage, so the judgement would have to be with you.

I don't know if he'd do it or not, but if you can get a note to David (short and to the point, no gushing) and explain your conditions, he may figure something special to do with you as part of the show or following the show. But such things are typically reserved for kids or wounded vets -- special people. Vertigo and Asthma aren't exactly things that get you high marks on such lists.

What causes your Vertigo? Is there an inner-ear problem? Depth perception issues? or is it psychological (I don't say that to be mean; I have Agoraphobia which has made my life very difficult. Intellectually I know it's purely psychological but that doesn't mean I can simply turn it off and function "normally" . . . it's actually gotten worse instead of better, though I still challenge my self regularly).

As has been said, it really is up to you to protect yourself as much as possible; sometimes that can mean missing out on certain opportunities, unfortunately. But it is also possible that a therapist could help you in dealing with the anxiety aspects of your condition. It's worth looking into so you can claim your life back and move forward as an empowered human being, don't you think?

Ashley, pardon me for saying this but I think you have an unhealthy obsession over Copperfield, it's the kind of thing celebrities don't just loathe most of the time, they fear it . . . the world is filled with crazies, if you haven't noticed.

When it comes to positive affirmation type work. . . I worked with Louise Hay and Marianne Williamson well before either of them became famous within the New Age culture, I'm more than familiar with that world, the psychology around it and more than I really care to know sometimes (I've done Readings as a Psychic sense 1976, so think about it).

If my condition could be corrected through simple affirmations and visualization it would be awesome, but such things don't work until the lesson -- the condition's purpose -- has been fulfilled. This is especially applicable when it comes to the whole Reincarnation element you've introduced . . . again, something I've done lectures on and of course, deep research around.

Something that all the New Age types love to negate is the fact that healers take on a portion of the karma others endure, when they do healing work; not all of it comes from our own negative doing but as part of the exchange we agree to allow in life. Such karmic "baggage" cannot be released, we've agreed to carry that burden so others might life a more complete life. . . sounds nuts but something tells me there was some Jewish fella in the bible that did this same thing on a rather big scale.

In the past week I've seen numerous "high drama" posts by you that really lend focus when it comes to your Copperfield obsession and your codependency when it comes to this and that "condition". . . sorry, but most of it seems to exist for the sole purpose of getting attention -- an excuse for creating drama in your world. That's not saying that there's not some clinical factor tied to your conditions, only that you, in at least one instance that I've noticed, seem to expect an major celebrity to give you a very personal level of special attention when he don't know you from Adam . . . Hell, I've known David for 30 years and I'm certainly not going to get any kind of special treatment from him . . . if anything he'd kick me in the butt and tell me to get moving (and I've been fortunate to have several very special friends in my world that do just that when I'm down; juggling 3 chronic health challenges + other conditions that keep you in near constant pain, ain't easy and it will put you in a dangerous level of depression. I don't say this for the sake of getting attention but as a way to publicly count my blessings.)

Understand, I'm not deliberately "picking on you" to be mean, just revealing a few quirks that you may want to take a look at because they are turn-offs -- no one enjoys constant drama and angst.
