I don't know what the beef with the OP is but I'll try to critique the video.

Because this isn't the first time. He routinely posts these badly made videos with shoddy magic and effects that are easily dismissed as camera editing because of how fishy everything looks. And when people tell him as much, he starts making excuses for why he doesn't have to listen to us, even going so far as to say that the only reason we suspect camera-based trickery is because he's such a great magician that he fooled us all. This is of course while missing the point that if we still have an explanation to default to, camera tricks or otherwise, then he failed as a magician.

At this point, I can call him whatever the hell I want.

Just to reinforce, what most people that haven't been here for the long haul, may not know know:

List Of Mystifier1 Threads

Also, keep in mind, that the worst thread imo, was either completely deleted (or just everything up untill the post he made, I can't really remember right now.) and he was banned. There is however a post on the Dark Matter Levitation Promo, post #60, where I showed the post he made that sent that other thread into hell.

Back in Time
Ok again, The sound is god awful. Seriously, it sounds like a broken AM/FM radio and then there is this screech noise going on with it.

If you say that you didn't put that "intro" in the video. Then why did you start recording before everything was hooked up?

I tried to watch it again.. And first of all. GET A BETTER MIC. Holy mother of god, the screech sound I kept hearing in the back ground was worse than anything ever. (Decent mics are like 10-50 bucks at your local Office Supplies store. Go Now.)

2. The handling was too quick and rushed.
3. Get better cards.
4. Stop trying to defend yourself with "I am a Stage Magician." or "The people on youtube say I am One of the Best." Nobody cares if you edit or don't edit your videos.

In the not to distant future
Quite true.

you should know, you actually did.
Mystifier, Learn something from this example.

also, you have not answered this

first off, I think you mean you have answered my question, which you did not. You have yet to explain what makes you different than other youtube "magicians" and how you are so much better than us. I remember seeing stage magic - performed on an actual stage, for actual people that was way more entertaining than you could ever make yours. It was in a battle. I think it was JFar magic.

I still wonder why you asked my age, as it bears no significance in my opinion of your magic - if you can call it that.

Actually, the handling isn't the worst I've seen. The OP is improving and seems more natural with his cards than previous vids. The attitude needs to change, I would give some constructive feedback but from what I've seen it would fall on deaf ears.

Well everyone but the people on here know I dont camera edit.

Totally beside the point. My point was the fact that since I am able to argue that it was camera editing, that constitutes a failure on your part as a magician.

People use to accuse me of using gaffed coins when I did my copper/silver transposition. I wasn't, but the fact that they were defaulting to that was a failure on my part that I've since worked hard to correct.

Read that last sentence again. It is the fundamental difference between you and me. I strive for constant improvement. You get praise from a bunch of sub-literate apes on YouTube and think you don't need to improve.

I will be the bigger person and not reply to this thread anymore.

That would have had more impact if you never actually said it.

If you have to claim to be the bigger person, then you aren't. In this case, you know I'm right in my assertion of your failure to expel explanations from my mind. You know I'm right about your refusal to admit to your mistake. You know I'm not falling for your rhetorical dodges and am sticking to my points and criticisms of which you have addressed precisely none.

And your response is to sniff, attempt to look down your nose at me, and continue with your mantra of, "*****, I'm flawless!"

Just to let you know, I rated your youtube video a 1 out of 5. The audio was terrible as well. I still can't understand how you're video got a 4. That is primarily because of the people who don't understand magic rating your video a 5. We are trying to help you yet you are ignoring it. I think everybody WAS giving you great advice until you started arguing about this and that.

It must be understood thought that the people who comment and rate these videos are, in fact, close friends of Lamont, or Lamont's various youtube accounts.
