The Tornado Cut

I've been practicing the Tornado Cut for about 2 weeks now, but I still can't do it right. I don't understand how I should use my ring finger to rotate the packet ... can somebody explain it in detail ? (Video or Text) ... Thanks in Advance

im gonna agree with JDEN, it took me almost a month and a half to get pretty good at it. Best advice is to play around with Pressure from both sides and positions on your finger and thumb base.
