Theory or Restaurant Magic DVD

I have been searching for quite sometime for a DvD that helps with the theory and history of restaraunt magic. I have read many good books, but I an more of a visual learner, and im finding it harder to retain the information that is needed.
Does anyone know of a DvD that helps with technique and theory?

Y'know, for a more comprehensive overview on the theory of restaurant performing, you will have to read.

Both David Stone's book and Jim Pace's book are excellent.
