Our usual 1-on-1 schedule will resume with a new release from a new face next Friday, but tonight we chose to take the unique opportunity to bring you something different. Something unique. Something that doesn't come around often.
Tonight, Luke Jermay's NEW show mental opens at O'Sheas Hotel & Casino here in Las Vegas. Was out to dinner with Luke earlier this week, and things appeared smooth and on schedule. He looked tired, as he should be. The casino has the elevators wrapped with images of his face, blackjack tables printed in his image, and billboards galore.
Tonight, it all comes to a head. This is something Luke has been working towards for a long time - he is only 24 now - and regardless of what happens tonight, tomorrow, or this year, we wish him the best in this and all endeavors.
I've rarely met anyone that has as much passion and has put as much thought into study of their craft than Luke has. He cares, he reads, he knows, he listens. And because of that, he is one of the people whose opinion I value most.
I'll be heading over to the theater in a few minutes to shoot some behind-the-scenes, artist diary video of opening night. I think this is one of those rare opportunities to see - and share with you guys - something that many of you may aspire to eventually work towards.
Feel free to post any well wishes in this thread and I'll make sure Luke sees it. Will try to get some great footage tonight to share with you guys.
