Hey Casey, I just sent them a ticket a while ago asking the same question, and this is what I got.

"The gimmick cost will be $19.95. Refills are always available for effects but at this point for the first few weeks of release they are not shipping out - due to the limited stock and the extended life of the gimmick."

Hey CRProductions, I also submitted a message, but haven't received a response yet. I'm sure it's just going to take a little bit of time, as they need to respond to an overwhelming # of messages. People reporting bugs, shipping questions, product questions, ect.

I don't get it Casey. You were the one mentioning in all of these other threads that people should give the staff some time to respond to questions and stuff and then you are this impatient?

Just be patient.

I do not want to sound like I am complaining in any way, but I have a question about theory11's support. I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago, and still nothing has been sent back yet. Theory11 says 12 hours or less to get back at you. I also got a confirmation email saying that it was actually submitted...so is there anything wrong? I was just asking on the price of refills for Smoke.

Our support crew answers all tickets within 12 business hours. That said, that does not extend to weekends, when our superheros need some supersleep. In all seriousness, we do our best to knock out support issues even during the weekend, but I think our whole team is resting up a bit this weekend after the events of last week. With regard to your question, I believe the price of SMOKE refills is $19.95, which is a heck of a deal (less than half price).

The materials included with purchase of Smoke, however, are enough for close to 1,000 performances, so you are not likely to need refills any time soon.
