Throwing a card at from the middle of the deck

I see this on some of the u tube vids..they are holding the packets ln each hand they make a quik move.. And one flys out the center. Or lt appears to....what do thy call that move. And where could i learn it

No it is not the top shot. This guy had a packet in both hands... it was on u tube..I know this don't help much...trying to figure out hoh to post vids..please bear with me.. I think this guy was talking about the perfect bridge hand... I think ricky j used it once in the " minipulation routine
