The trick is good but I do not like your attitude/personality/patter at all. I felt a bit insulted, like it was triumph for dummies. Never go in to autopilot or make assumptions when performing or posting a public video.

I don't get what you mean either. I don't feel insulted at all. The only problem I could possibly have with the performance is that it went extremely fast. But that's just me.

I thought it was a very clever triumph routine. The misdirection of that little spread of the left hand packet was great. It really caught me off guard the first time I watched it. The only thing that took away from the illusion was the final series of cuts. All the cards are face up. In a spectators mind if you just shuffled 1/2 face up and 1/2 face down then in a series of cuts 1/2 of the cards should be face down. Why don't you try a tabled double under cut followed by another tabled undercut followed by a legitimate cut. Then you would see a sequence of 5 cuts, 2 of which will be face down.....Just a thought. Overall I thought it was an excellent triumph.

Edit**just playing around with the idea and noticed a good up the ladder sequence could create the same look. Followed by one legit cut.

Thank you guys very much for your awesome thoughts and ideas! Eostresh, I completely agree with you. And, should I finish the shuffle with a card off the "face down" half uppermost, I could easily do a quick Up The Ladder sequence to display various faces and backs.

I'm glad you guys like this!
