Hey guys! So I have been performing magic for a couple of years now but I have recently run into a new problem. I have recently developed eczema on my finger tips where I use my finger pads for many sleights in my card magic. Does anyone have any tips on how I can deal with my eczema or has anyone else had this issue and continued to perform with this handicap? As a side note yes I have consulted with my doctor and I am doing everything I can to treat it at the moment.
