Awesome Quote dude! I'm not a very gimmicky guy myself because I hate being asked to do "that one" and it is something that requires that "special" deck or something else. I know there is the argument that you can just say "no" anytime you want (Wayne Houchin). I just would rather have go to tricks that I can do with normal props. But, to answer your question finally about MUST HAVE gimmicks, I'm with the popular thoughts on Loops. They're amazing.
