That was in my shipping confirmation email today, I ordered panic, does that means that the panic gimmick is not available???awwww...

They have that at the bottom of every shipment confirmation (at least, they have for me). Whatever items they have listed in the email though, that's what you're getting.

Either way, you should have submitted a ticket, as that's more of a customer service type question.

It means that part of your order is not in stock; they need to make/order more.

However, if they get it in before your box ships out, you'll get everything t once, in one box. If not, you can expect the missing item(s) at a later time (usually no more than a week).

Frezzing Aces, I'm not familiar with international shipping, but I'm guessing that instead of just shipping it to you, they give you an actual Declaration of Items (used for Customs checks), right? If so, it may not have shown up because it's DVD. Or there was a system glitch and it didn't get ordered -- you can always call the customer service line :)
