What should the value be...

I just bought Bill Goodwons' out of print notes " The Empty Ancient Street", I want to know what the alue on this should be, just to see if I got ripped off or anything. I don't want to state what I bought i fo cause I do't want that too influence what you think it should be worth.

Sorry mate. I've spent the better part of 30 minutes researching this online and I can't turn up anything.

Sources indicate that Goodwin isn't dead yet so I would have to say that the value of these note's can't be worth all THAT much. Seeing how prices raise drasticly once the author is dead. Not on a collecters level at least.

Then again, I'm not a collector and I'm far from a magic offecienado. So your guess is as good as mine.

You may want to try bringing it to a local magic shop and see what they have to say.

The real answer is do you think they were worth what you paid for them. Take a look at Derren's Pure Effect is it work $300 to $500+? If you are talking about the information that it holds you can get most of it on DVD for a fraction of the price. But the real value is that it is Derren's work before he made it big.
