I'm pretty sure he uses Code Breaker by Gregory Wilson in this video, although there are tons of ways out there to accomplish the same effect.
Chris isn't using Code Breaker here but Code Breaker is my go-to method. PM me if you'd like to know what Chris Ramsay is using specifically.
